Can I switch between stencil models?

Yes. Your credits work across the models available to your account. Choose a lower-cost model for simpler work or a more detailed model for a complex piece. ProTrace shows the credit cost before you generate. SD and HD exports are free, as are layered exports where available, so you can download the stencil you approve without spending more credits.

What happens to my existing plan?

Viewing this page won’t change your membership. Sign in to manage your current plan through billing. Your billing screen shows your subscription, renewal details, and available changes before you confirm anything.

How do I try a free stencil?

Eligible new accounts can try one Gaia S stencil after verifying their email, while daily trial availability and the monthly trial allocation last. No payment card is required. Upload your reference and choose the free Gaia S trial in the editor. A trial does not add spendable credits or unlock other beta features. Previous introductory-offer recipients are not eligible for another offer. Saved trial artwork expires after six months unless you make a paid purchase; download a copy to keep on your device.

Do I need a subscription to buy credits?

No. You can buy a one-time credit pack with a free account, or use one to top up a membership. Packs add credits without starting a subscription or changing your plan. Memberships also include larger saved-export libraries, model selection, and presets; buying a pack does not unlock those membership features.

Do credits roll over, and can I cancel?

Monthly credits refresh on a successful renewal and unused monthly credits don’t roll over. One-time credit packs are separate and don’t expire with time; monthly credits are used first. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your account’s billing portal. Review the effective date shown there before confirming a change.
