Your creative content
You retain your rights in images and prompts you submit. You give ProTrace the limited permission needed to process that content and provide the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions to upload the content you use.
Temporary sessions and saved libraries
Unsaved session images are temporary and may be deleted after the retention period shown in the product. Saved library images may remain longer, subject to plan limits and your deletion choices. Keep download copies of work you want to retain.
Payments and support
Payments are processed through Stripe. For privacy or account questions, contact support@protraceai.com.
