Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of ProTrace AI Lineart and ProGen (collectively, “ProTrace”), operated by Valient Industries (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
The service
ProTrace provides AI-assisted image generation, outlining, tracing, editing, export, and related creative tools. Results are generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or unexpected details. You are responsible for reviewing every result before using, publishing, printing, selling, or relying on it.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and be legally able to enter this agreement. You are responsible for all activity through your account.
Your content and acceptable use
You retain your rights in images and prompts you submit. You give us the limited permission needed to process your content and provide the service. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use your content. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, exploitative, harmful, deceptive, or violates another person’s rights or privacy.
AI-generated output
AI output is interpretive. It may alter anatomy, details, style, composition, or other elements, and may not be unique or available for exclusive use. We do not guarantee that output is accurate, suitable for a particular purpose, non-infringing, or free from errors. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of output is appropriate and lawful.
Credits, subscriptions, and payments
Credits may be purchased in packs or included with a subscription. A generation consumes credits as displayed before generation. Purchased credit packs remain available in your account unless required otherwise by law or these Terms; subscription allowances renew according to the applicable plan and may not carry over. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe’s terms and policies.
Temporary storage and libraries
Unsaved session images are temporary and may be deleted after the retention period shown in the product. Saving an image to a library may retain it longer, subject to your plan limits and deletion choices. Download copies of work you want to keep.
Disclaimers and liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.
