ProTrace is made by Valient Industries for artists and creators working from reference. It turns images into customizable line-art directions so the artist can spend more attention on the decisions that make the work their own.
What we are building
Ordinary threshold and edge-detection tools can produce a lot of line information without much judgment about which information is useful. ProTrace is built around creative control: direct the detail, inspect the result, and continue in your own workflow.
